Our Carers
We are aware that opening your home to a stranger who you will be relying on to provide care and support can be a very daunting thought. So, we aim to remove that initial level of concern by screening staff very carefully through pre-employment interviews and reference checks.
Everyday our carers support families and individuals cope with life’s challenges, from tasks such as grocery shopping or ironing, to some of the most demanding and emotional circumstances that life throws at us.
OUR VETTING PROCESS
How do we assess the carers?
We interview and thoroughly screen every applicant to make sure they meet our criteria.
Interviews – Individual interviews and a group induction session, to ensure an alignment of values
Background checks – Including enhanced criminal record checks and validation of right-to-work documentation
Qualification checks – Validation of training and qualifications, to ensure their skills meet industry best practice recommendations
Experience – Recent, relevant experience, backed up by professional references.
